Thomas, MTS, CRC, CCM, D-ABVE understands what you need to resolve your cases.  He is able to communicate vocational issues clearly and consistently to meet your needs.   Mr. Thomas is certified by the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification as a qualified rehabilitation professional.  He is also recognized as a Certified Case Manager.  He holds standing with the Social Security Administration as a qualified Vocational Expert for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review.  The American Board of Vocational Experts recognizes him as a Diplomate. He is certified to work with Federal Workers' Compensation cases by the OWCP.
